We enjoyed our time at Seaside Villa 326 - great location - enjoyed our bike rentals form Pedals - parked the car on Saturday night-never drove again until our departure for home - walked everywhere - rode bikes all over the island - enjoyed the local restaurants - enjoyed the awesome weather for the week - our Villa was perfect for access to the beach - restful sleep on a most comfortable bed - overall an awesome week at an awesome Villa!! Praise for the new owners who were most welcoming and helpful in the transition of ownership!!

"Seaside"
We were extremely pleased with the unit. The bedroom, with lots of closets and drawer space, was the best part (other one bedroom units we’ve rented have been claustrophobic in the bedroom). The view to the ocean, proximity to the beach and the fabulous sun deck were highlights of the vacation. The kitchen is extremely small and you don’t want to plan to cook much. But the restaurants on the island make up for that.

"Great location and view, needs updates"
I was hesitant to leave a review because it seems the host may get defensive, but I’ve been reminded multiple times. This was my husband and I’s 4th time staying at Sea Side Villas, and you certainly can’t beat the location. The direct ocean view of this particular unit is the absolute best, and we loved leaving the balcony slider open and listening to the waves. Our biggest issue was the comfort of the bed and the couch. We had trouble sleeping because the mattress is very hard, and we could not find anything in the unit which would help with this. To be fair, we did not reach out to the host about it. The couch is very dated and not comfortable. There was a personal (framed) photo of who I assume is the host on one of the dressers, which we thought was weird. The mirrors everywhere were a bit off-putting, but we knew to expect that from the listing photos. Overall, the unit has everything you need and the space is set up well, but it definitely needs updates and some TLC.

"The perfect location"

This was our first trip to Hilton Head. We booked this condo based purely on the view from the balcony. And that view did not disappoint! When we were not on the beach or sleeping we spent the majority of our time on the balcony. Even though it was blazing hot outside there seemed to always be a breeze on the balcony that made if comfortable to sit out there. From there we saw wildlife we have never seen at the beach before..deer, cardinals, blue birds and rabbits. The inside of the condo was very clean. It was somewhat small, but honestly we spent most of our time outside. Making any meals is difficult and there is not a lot of kitchen storage for food. The bed was amazing! We are actually sitting at home this morning with stiff backs wishing we had that mattress here. The AC works great as well, which is much appreciated in hot July/ August days.

"Fantastic Week!"
My wife and I have stayed at David’s properties many times over the past several years. This was our first time in Unit 326. We had a wonderful week. The condo has everything you need and the view from the balcony down to the beach and ocean is breathtaking. David is always available if you need anything. We love this area because it is very walkable to shops and restaurants in Coligny. Highly recommend this condo. We plan to come back as often as possible.

"Fantastic Ocean Front Villa"
This villa is exactly as pictured and described and is perfect for 2 adults. For 2 weeks, my husband and I enjoyed our morning coffees on the balcony watching the sun rise, the shrimp boats, the beach goers, and many mornings dolphins swimming by. The view is unobstructed, and the beach path is very close. The bed is very supportive and comfortable. The unit is on the third floor, in a very quiet location with very little foot traffic. The central air conditioning unit keeps the entire unit comfortable. Dave, the owner was very easy to reach and responded quickly to any questions we had. Seaside Villas is in a perfect location, close to Coligny and all its shops, restaurants, and parks. It is a short bike ride to most other destinations on the island. We hope to come back to Hilton Head again and would like to rent this unit.

"Villa that can't be beat!"
We had a wonderful stay and this villa really can't be beat. It is a tremendous value when you consider the breathtaking ocean view, easy and direct walk to the beach, plentiful and convenient parking, lovely pool and well kept grounds, close proximity to restaurants and shopping, well-equipped kitchenette, new floors and lovely decor, comfortable bed and bedding. We highly recommend this unit and we hope to return next year!

"Seaside Villas 326"
Our stay at Seaside Villas 326 was fantastic. The view from the balcony overlooking the ocean was amazing and it provided us with stunning views all the time. , The bed was comfortable, the TVs were helpful when falling asleep, the air conditioning was perfect throughout the whole condo and it had everything we needed for a great stay. "Always a wonderful stay"

"Cozy Oceanfront Getaway"
This is the perfect spot for a couples’ getaway. My husband and I went for a week to celebrate our 7th anniversary. We have stayed on the north side of the island several times, so it was new and exciting staying on the south side this time. The condo is only a short walk to Coligny plaza, lots of restaurants and things to do. The condo was very clean, the owner very responsive to any questions, and the neighbors were quiet and friendly. The bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water in the shower. There are 2 beach chairs and an umbrella that is easily set up that we used several times; and also 2 bikes. The best part though was the VIEW!! We watched many sunrises and sunsets from our personal balcony. Would highly recommend this property. We will be back for sure!

We travel frequently and have stayed many places. This property is a great value and will give you all the relaxation you want. First off being on the top floor on a corner unit was quiet and the views from the patio were the best on the property. You are just a short walk to the beach so going back to the unit for snacks and water is quick. The unit itself is as described, but a few more condiments to get started would have been nice. The bed was very comfortable which is not the case in many properties. Communication with David was only needed once for a minor repair and he was prompt and quick to resolve the issue. If you get tired of the sandy beach the pool is very relaxing as well. Loved our week!!!

"Wonderful Condo"
This condo has a wonderful view. The balcony does slant down I think that is for water to run off when it rains. It does have an air conditioner unit on the balcony which is a bit loud and takes up space but it didn't bother us that much. The condo is smallish but much bigger than an efficiency hotel room and has all the comforts of home. It had all the dishes you would need and a dishwasher. We did not use the stove because there are so many great restaurants on Hilton head. There is a laundry room in the middle of the condo complex on the same floor that costs $1 per load for washer and also $1 for the dryer. It is coin operated so bring quarters. No beach towels but 2 sets of towels for 2 that come with the condo per week. There are beach chairs and umbrellas to use but we opted to rent from the beach authority because they have extended chairs for stretching out your legs and they set up and take down the chairs for you. Communication with the owner was wonderful. He took his time on a Saturday to resend all the documents that I couldn't find in my email. He even answered emails about wifi passwords that later I found in a frame near the bathroom. The condo does have somewhat of a must smell but I find that common in beachfront condo's. I would not hesitate to rent again. This a a great condo, great owners and in a great location.

"60th Birthday Celebration"
Nice place for 2 people…great view of beach. Dave’s place was clean and nicely decorated. We had a bad beach chair and he responded quickly with a replacement. The bikes, chairs and umbrellas are a great added touch to this rental. The only thing that was bothersome was the A/C unit that was loud when running on the balcony, and somewhat large too. With this unit being on the 3rd floor and on the other end of bldg where the elevator is located, expect to climb 4 flights of steps. Not an issue for us though. Had a great week with friends who also rented units in the complex.

"A Repeat to Condo 326"
This was our 5th year staying at Sea Side Villa and our 4th year for Villa 326. This is a perfect location for myself, my sister and niece! The condo is so nice and airy. We love the open bedroom and the pull out couch fits our needs too! As very hot sleepers, the a/c works great and there are two ceiling fans! We sit on the balcony every morning to eat breakfast and every evening to enjoy the ocean view! The condo is always very clean and the furnishings are excellent! It has a great kitchen, even though we dont cook that much. But it has a very nice fridge to keep everything cold! The shower is very nice and spacious! We love this area, it is so family oriented! It is walking distance to Coligny also. I would highly recommend Sea Side Villas to anyone coming to HHI!

We just finished a weeks stay at Sea Side Villa 326. The condo has a spectacular ocean view from the comfortable balcony. The fact that this unit is an upper, corner end unit gives a great deal of privacy. The condo is exactly as pictured and features tons of amenities which made our stay very comfortable. The bikes and beach chairs are in great condition and we used them every day. David is a wonderful communicator and we were fortunate to meet him during our stay. "Oceanfront comfort"
We've been to HHI 3 times and have used David each time. He makes the process very easy and is good to deal with. We stayed at 326 which is the corner unit closest to the beach path. The amenities were good - we had everything we needed. Hairdryer, iron, plenty of closet space, toaster, coffee maker. The kitchen is tiny with not a lot of counter space. They have beach chairs and an umbrella. The cleaning crew will need to do a deep clean sometime as there was a lot of dust and trash under the bed and pull out couch. The bed was firm and comfortable but the view is really the star for this place. Very comfortable stay - we hope to be back another time.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, true oceanfront condo. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The condo was very clean and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The owner, David was so easy to work with, and we look forward to booking another vacation at this property.

"Phenomenal view"
This condo is in a terrific location, walking distance to Coligny Plaza shops and restaurants, as well as to the gym. Having the complimentary gym membership was an awesome perk; classes/instructors were excellent and hot tub felt wonderful. I also enjoyed using the bike to ride on the beach and along the bike paths. Kitchenette was well-stocked with dishes etc (suggest adding salt, pepper, and oil.) Wonderful to have coffee on the balcony every morning, listening to the waves, so peaceful.

This property is perfectly located on the beach to enjoy your coffee while watching the dolphins and the sunrise each morning. It is within walking distance to Coligney Square with many shops and restaurants. The villa is clean and comfortable with a king size bed and plenty of storage. Finally Dave is easily available if a need arises....we would definitely recommend this property to our friends!

Excellent, beautiful, clean and comfortable condo with prime view of the ocean. Right by beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Nice extras like bikes, beach chairs and free fitness center access. Thoughtful owners.

This is a perfect size condo for a small family. The unit has everything you need to make you feel at home. Very comfortable bed and the view is to die for. We’ll definitely be back.
