Local Advice from Rick & Denice
Speeding is strictly enforced, especially on the Cross Island Pkwy. Please drive safely! Also, summer traffic can be very heavy on Saturdays from 2pm to 6pm. Early arrivals are welcome to use the parking lot to access the pool and beach, but please do not disrupt the cleaners preparing your condo.
